About Sarah Glaser
I’m proud to be from the very small and mountainous town of Moose Pass, Alaska. I left home to get a degree in environmental studies and sociology in Maine. Upon graduation I promptly returned to Alaska to complete a year-long welding course. Since then, I’ve balanced (with some successes and many mishaps) careers in rope-access welding and graphic design with lots of freelance art and fun illustrations thrown in the mix.
All of my art connects me to the people I work and adventure with, the places I love, and the worlds of snowboarding and climbing that make me stupidly happy. My aim is to celebrate the places and things that are important and joyful, and to put my compulsive doodling to some use.
